Everyone is at a different stage in their business lifecycle and has unique needs and goals. Jennifer’s coaching is not based on monthly group protocols to follow. This is truly 1-on-1 coaching to meet you where you are right now in your business so together we can build the stepping stones needed to grow your brand.
We start by dissecting all aspects of your business so we can identify what your roadblocks are and develop a plan to overcome them. Because change doesn’t happen overnight, Jennifer’s 1-on-1 Coaching & Business Consulting is based on a customized 4 Month Action Plan.
4 Month Mentorship & Business Consulting Action Plan:
5* personal calls with Jennifer (60-75 minutes) to brainstorm, strategize, and outline monthly tasks and goals (*Includes initial Discovery Call)
Full business assessment with SWOT Analysis
Review of all marketing and business materials identify opportunities for improvement
Full review of your social media presence with a Social Media Success Strategy covering: peak posting times, hashtag strategy, tags and links, content ideas, and providing tools and resources to improve content creation
Uncover missed sales opportunities and additional revenue streams
Basic SEO and Google My Business page optimization
Touchpoint Analysis identifying strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improving your client journey
Building your referral and review pipeline with clients and vendors
You get access to Jennifer and all this invaluable information customized specifically to you and your business for just $299 per month (4 payments of $299. A minimum of 4 months is required to fully discover brand opportunities and customize actionable strategies specific to your needs and goals.)
At the end of your 4 Month Coaching and Business Consulting Action Plan, you can easily schedule additional 90-minute calls with Jennifer on an as-needed basis. In fact, all of our coaching clients have stayed on for additional months of support or have grown into other services with Flourish&Co.

Our typical clients are venue owners, catering companies, florists, wedding planners, etc. However, do work with other small businesses like accounting consultants, cafes, salons/spas to name a few. We’d love to hear from you and if we aren’t a good match for you. we’ll help point you in the right direction.

A lot of behind-the-scenes work goes into a full brand assessment and then mapping out step-by-step action plans specifically for you. Often as we check these projects off your ‘to do’ list new opportunities for growth are uncovered. After years of coaching we’ve learned that 4 months is the minimum amount of time to make a significant impact on your brand and growth. 100% of our mentees have stayed on for extra months of coaching or grew into other services.

This is where both of us get to uncover your goals, needs, and current business environment. The Discovery Questionnaire does take some time to complete as we want you to be as specific as possible. Jennifer will then be going over all of this with you during your free Discovery Call to make sure she truly understands your needs and if she’s the right coach for you.

We love helping clients crush their goals! But obviously, we want to make sure that we’re the right fit for your business so that you maximize your time and investment. Please fill out the brief coaching application form, and you’ll receive your Discovery Questionnaire within two-to-three business days. Once you have completed the Discovery Questionnaire, we'll send along a link to book a complimentary Discovery Call with Jennifer at a time that works for your schedule. Hey, we get the busy wedding season can hit you hard. While we find we have the most success if we keep on schedule, we certainly understand that your clients’ needs are important. We can pick a new date on the calendar and jump back in; however, we don’t recommend skipping more than 2 months in a row.
When I bought my flower shop, I was so overwhelmed when I realized everything that needed to be done to change it into the brand I envisioned. Jennifer was vital to my sanity by creating action plans for each step of the way.
